SUMMER 2026

Reaching out the MIND:
An Italian Summer Adventure

About
the program

Personal Development through AcroYoga & Mindfulness

Are you looking for a summer experience that balances physical challenge, mental clarity, and cultural discovery? Join us this July in the heart of Italy for a transformative 7-day workshop designed to help you find your balance—on the yoga mat and in life.

Why choose
this Program?

In a world that moves fast, learning to “reach out to your mind” is a superpower. This workshop uses the Art of AcroYoga—a blend of acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts—to teach us how to be focused individuals, supportive partners, and mindful observers.

Beyond the physical practice, you will experience “Simple Life Living” in the beautiful village of Tredozio, contributing to community tasks, cooking together, and exploring the timeless art of Ravenna and Florence.

Maja
Dokl

Slovenia

Maja Dokl is a certified AcroYoga Montreal instructor and the founder of the AcroYoga Society Ptuj. Alongside her professional work in movement education, she is also a personal coach, which enhances her ability to design safe, effective, and goal-oriented movement practices for long-term physical sustainability. Parallel to her movement career, she is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, having completed her faculty studies, a background that provides her with a deep, scientific understanding of anatomy and physical mechanics.

Her teaching philosophy centers on proprioception (body awareness) as a gateway to self-confidence. By exploring the connection between movement and the self, Maja guides students through a process of profound self-development. Her sessions are characterized by an inclusive atmosphere where she expertly differentiates instruction—ensuring that every student, regardless of their starting point, is met with a personalized challenge that fosters growth.

Robert
Wagner

Austria

Robert Wagner brings over three decades of immersion in Eastern philosophy and mindfulness. His foundational expertise was forged through seven years of intensive study across India, including a transformative six-month period of solitary meditation in the high Himalayas.

Since 2010, Robert has taught Hatha and AcroYoga across Europe and India, integrating the core tenets of Vipassana (Mindfulness) meditation into his physical classes. His pedagogical focus is on the observation of breath and somatic sensations. He teaches students how to maintain mental presence within physical boundaries—training the mind to remain in the “now” rather than drifting into past or future anxieties. Robert’s sessions are designed to cultivate a holistic sense of well-being, empowering students to navigate life’s complexities with ease and clarity.
