Cultivating Resilience and Leadership
in the Heart of California
Dear Parents and Students,
As we diligently prepare for our CAS and Volunteering educational expeditions, we are proud to highlight our premier flagship program—a transformative journey that transcends the traditional boundaries of tourism.
Located in the heart of Visalia, California, at the renowned Clay Café Ceramic’s Art Studio, this program is led by our esteemed coordinator, Nana, and her family. Built upon a foundation of deep professional synergy and mutual trust between Anna Krzemińska-Kaczyńska & Nana – Adina Escarsega, this initiative offers a bespoke experience, meticulously tailored to the individual aspirations and unique needs of each student.
In partnership with The Clay Cafe in California, we provide a sanctuary for young scholars to transition from the sheltered environment of adolescence into the vibrant complexity of adulthood
From Theory to "I CAN DO IT!"
Our program offers short and long-term stays designed for students to metamorphose from a caterpillar, well-shielded in their pupae, into a vibrant butterfly.
Our participants engage in a curriculum of authentic leadership and service, learning to navigate real-world challenges with aplomb and grace. Whether choosing to study in the United States or participating in various events organized by the Clay Café, students learn to face real-life hurdles—and survive them with confidence.
A personalized program “sewn to measure” for each student, ensuring a safe yet challenging environment for growth under the guidance of Nana and her family.
Moving beyond textbooks to master self-reliance, problem-solving, and civic responsibility through daily operations and community engagement.
Authentic California experiences that offer a perspective far deeper than any commercial tour.
Our alumni are now thriving students at prestigious universities in Poland and abroad. They didn’t just dream of a global future; they built the confidence to claim it.

The Signature Expedition: July / August
The leap from a high school student to a global citizen requires a catalyst. For many of our alumni, that catalyst was the realization that “I CAN DO IT!” sparked during their time in California.
